This blog is about tools and methods I use, how I see things and how I build passive income streams. The purpose of this blog is to show you too can find, start and maintain multiple sources of passive income through niche marketing and niche blogging.
The key is to discover the best tools and strategies for spotting the untapped, hot niches and use simple strategies to promote services, affiliate products and services to people who really need them.
Niche marketing and niche blogging is not about finding the *one* super-hot niche and make millions of it (although it’s possible).
It’s about finding and researching profitable niches, spotting the products and services you can offer to that niche, set it up, iterate and improve your marketing funnel until it’s running smoothly and then “forget it”.
Over time you can spend less and less time on that niche and you can use that time to scale the profits by digging deeper on that niche or move on to the next one.
By testing everything, analyzing and refining your methods, you’ll perfect your marketing strategy over time and get new niche sites going faster. Via automation, outsourcing and clever tactics, the goal is to have several of these niche marketing “campaigns” running, which require little to no maintenance and still bring you steady income.

My name is Antti Kokkonen and I’m a Internet marketer, a blogger, all-around IT Specialist and technology enthusiast.
I have a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Interactive Technology, with minors like Psychology, Usability and Human-Computer Interaction.
